Realizadas apresentaçons públicas da Revista Kallaikia em Ferrol e Vigo
Os dias 25 de novembro e 1 de dezembro realizou-se nas cidades de Ferrol e Vigo, respetivamente, a apresentaçom da Revista de Estudos Galegos, Kallaikia, que recentemente iniciou o seu percurso editorial na Galiza, por iniciativa da Associaçom de Estudos Galegos (AEG).
Ferrol
Em Ferrol, participárom no ato Maurício Castro, do Comité de Redaçom da Kallaikia, e Joám Lopes, historiador e autor de um dos trabalhos publicado no primeiro número, dedicado ao centenário do Levantamento irlandês da Páscoa. A apresentaçom realizou-se no Centro Social da Fundaçom Artábria, no bairro ferrolano de Esteiro, na tarde da sexta-feira dia 25 de novembro.
Maurício Castro explicou a orientaçom que a revista irá ter, dando cabimento a trabalhos científicos e divulgativos das mais diversas áreas, assim como artísticos.
Por seu turno, Joám Lopes fijo um resumo dos conteúdos do primeiro número, que incluem trabalhos históricos, literários e lingüisticos, entre outros.
Vigo
Em Vigo, a revista Kallaikia apresentou-se na livraria Andel, no passado dia 1 de dezembro. No lançamento participárom os professores Carlos Garrido, Carlos L. Bernárdez e Jorge Rodrigues Gomes. Carlos Garrido fai parte do Comité de Redaçom da Kallaikia, enquanto Jorge Rodrigues integra o Conselho de Redaçom e Carlos L. Bernárdez colaborou com umha resenha no primeiro número da revista.
Jorge Rodrigues Gomes apresentou a Associaçom de Estudos Galegos, editora da revista, e explicou o processo de criaçom desta organizaçom, assim como os objetivos que visa. Comentou tamém o ícone que representa a associaçom, a estola sueva, explicando a sua origem e simbologia. A seguir falou da finalidade da revista Kallaikia e justificou a escolha do nome da revista, bem como a história deste topónimo nas origens da nacionalidade.
Carlos L. Bernárdez comentou os artigos que, neste primeiro número da revista, estudam direta ou indiretamente diferentes aspetos das Irmandades da Fala e da importância do centenário destas, que agora celebramos.
Carlos Garrido dissertou sobre outros trabalhos que se publicam na revista, como o da situaçom lingüística do Quebeque, e outro da sua autoria sobre a codificaçom do léxico galego.
O público que encheu a livraria mostrou um caloroso acolhimento a revista que acabou de nascer.
