Tou, tá, pá... usos próprios da língua informal
Tenho ouvido a ambos os lados do Minho empregar palavras como tou, em vez de estou; tá, em vez de está, e, mesmo, pá, em vez de para. A minha dúvida é: este fenómeno tem algumha explicaçom lingüística ou é um mero erro na hora de falar? Saudaçons.

RESPOSTA DA COMISSOM LINGÜÍSTICA
1.- As formas tou, com o significado de ‘estou’, e tá, com o significado de ‘está’, som próprias dos usos coloquiais ou informais da língua e surgem por simplificaçom (aférese) a partir das formas verbais plenas, próprias da língua formal, estou e está, respetivamente, como afirma a nossa amável consulente. Podemos dizer, entom, que, num uso coloquial e informal do galego-português (nom formal ou culto), é apropriado o uso das formas tou e tá com o valor, respetivamente, de estou e está.
2.- Quanto às formas pa/pá, diga-se que, como nos casos anteriores, elas pertencem a usos coloquiais ou informais da língua. A primeira delas surge por simplificaçom da forma plena para , junto a pra (nos dous casos, átonas); a segunda, como variante da forma plena rapaz (pá) (através de aférese e de relaxaçom e emudecimento da consoante final: (ra)pa(z)). A forma coloquial pá utiliza-se sobretodo como fórmula vocativa endereçada a indivíduos dos dous sexos: eh pá!, ó pá! Em todo o caso, todas elas som realizaçons próprias da oralidade.
